As we all know by know it takes money to be an indie artist. Money that doesn't seem to stem from anywhere! In most circumstances income if any in the life of an artist is already spent as rent, food., child support pick one.
Ironically what most artist don't know is that there are a number if agencies out there that actually see you as a corporation. I mean there are literally dozens of organizations that offer both loans and grants to indie artist and musicians to help with cost such as studio time, websites, instruments, and more. Viewed in the same aspect as a business loan there are agencies out there more than willing to invest in both you and your music as an indie artist.
Still considered an art there are several agencies out there that offers grants for as needed for you to further your music career. In a more realistic way, with cost considered moving you into a plausible choice as opposed to simply dreaming a musician. Since a request for either a loan or grant does require some kind of business plan or goal oriented objective, basically what the hell are you going to do with the money?
